Zebra Pen PM-701 Stainless Steel Permanent Marker Refill, Fine Bullet Tip, Black Ink, 1-Pack

I have two of the stainless steel permanent markers, one had completely dried out because the cap wouldn't stay on correctly. So I purchased these refills. I replaced the inner cap with the new one that covers the refill with some pliers. Now it closes as if it's brand new!!(Also recommend the steel pens! They've never bled out in my pocket)

I'm not sure how the ink of the Zebra compares to Sharpie as I haven't put it to the test. All I know is this is the replacement cartridge for the Zebra stainless steel pen and that's all I care about. Not only that, but I can get them in blue, green and red, which the stainless steel Sharpie never did. I'll be stocking up on replacement cartridges preparing for the day that Zebra discontinues their stainless steel pen.

Screws don’t line up with pen case. Useful without the shell tho.

I’ve purchased these elsewhere (JetPens) and the ink is consistent and the refills seem new, like you’d expect. Shipping from Amazon was quicker but the refill was very dry and didn’t write as fluidly.

Debatable to purchase again, the tip fails on first writing, blotchy, more of a blunt tip on these refills and I purchased 2 , tried them both with in two weeks. The original in the marker worked great for months, I used on a daily bases.
