Very good. Plug and play. No connectivity issues at all. I had a generic BT adapter which gave me connectivity issues for the 2-3 years I had it. Finally decided to switch to this one and it has been perfect. Plug and forget

working fantastic... my earbud used to loose signal while playing music from my desktop, after installing this bluetooth adaptor the range got increased and music I can hear without loss of sound.

Failed in a month. Not recommended. On top that, you simply can't claim warranty. They have no customer care number. It's just an email and they don't respond. So, if you buy it, good luck.

It connect well as instructed in the guidelines, just follow the procedure as mentioned in the document. Ugreen is being always great product to use especially the accessories.

I used to use a TP-Link Bluetooth adapter, but the ugreen one is far more powerful! The ugreen adapter can transmit the signal through concrete walls and any other obstacles over long distances, while the TP-Link's signal will die out if you stand between the device and the adapter. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase! 👍а

The bluetooth usb once setup works well, unfortunatley the installation was extremely difficult as the instructions do not cover all scenarios, intially the driver would not update. Using other help systems I was able to get it work, I must add that my high expectation for the quality of the product have been exceeded.

Bon produit de chez UGREEN. J’ai acheté cette clé car ma tour PC n’a pas de Bluetooth. Je suis parti sur cette marque car j’avais déjà acheté des produits chez eux et je n’avais jamais été déçu. Franchement, elle suffit largement pour une utilisation normale sur PC. Ce qui est génial, c’est qu’il n’y a pas besoin de manipulations compliquées pour qu’elle détecte vos appareils elle se connecte toute seule. La connexion ne bug jamais et je n’ai jamais eu de lag, même en regardant des films ou des vidéos sur YouTube. Je recommande !
