We live in a place known for mice... they own this area. The houses are old and have more holes than Swiss cheese. I thought about getting a cat to catch the mice, but that might lead to getting a dog to catch the cat, and that sounded messy, so I thought I'd give this a try first.The first day we saw a mouse and i thought 'oh no! it hasn't worked!' However, the mouse was running around like a headless chicken, so I think he was disturbed at the sound and possibly just pacing at high speed while he considered his options. He finally decided he and his cousins would be better off staying next door, where it's quieter and the nice lady makes better food. Good riddance, as they were terrible house guests, who never picked up after themselves. Fully recommend this for anyone who isn't looking to set up a rodent sanctuary in their own home. If Stuart Little comes back, I shall update the review, but for now a mouseless house! Hurray!

Early days to tell if it's effective but it was very hard to plug into a conventional UK wall socket. It was so stiff that I thought if I try to force it in any further it will either snap or will never be able to get it out. Had to plug it in using an adaptor

Bought this for my girlfriend. So far she has not made any complains so its probably working.Worth buying it to avoid the bla bla bla girlfriend stuff!!

Would have given more stars, but daughter is complaining of headaches. Not sure if it's related to this or not. It's currently in her room as she's terrified of spiders and sprays aren't working. Only had it on a couple of days and had to switch it off. Will have to try again.

I have plugged it into my house in the hope it will keep the mice out since my back door is usually open and they can get in easily. I do have a cat that has brought me the odd mouse but I would prefer them not to come in at all.

Sceptical, but seems to be the most effective of these types of products, as can change the settings to accommodate your needs. Highly Recommended if have had bug issues.

After leaving the plug on over night on the highest frequency setting (having tried and failed with the lower frequencies), Not only did i find Mouse pops on my desk this morning but i also found a very strong electrical burning smell coming form the plug. I will not be using it again .
