Q: why is delivery time so long

there is an option for "new" and "old" now. i ordered the original "old" on nov4 last year and it never shipped. i just canceled that order a few days ago it's march 2022 so i waited 4 months and ordered the "new" one yesterday. i don't know if the new formulation is the same or not, but you'll never get the "old" one you ordered.

Q: I bought this for the novamin which we cannot buy in the us. how do i use this correctly after brushing do i use a flouride mouthwash or hold off?

No to the mouthwash, brush your teeth, do not rinse with water either, just spit out the excess after brushing. Sensitivity gone in a couple of days.
