I do not carry this around daily, but for any static first aid kit like those kept in the car or at a campsite, this is something I always include. It is much more hygienic and comfortable to use than a basic face shield, especially in unpleasant situations like if the casualty vomits. The ability to attach a bag is a bonus and makes it feel more like proper kit. Definitely worth having even if you hope never to use it.

Ok strong smell of plastic but seems to do the job if necessary

Much better than the disposable CPR masks, obviously more bulky, but worth having in any first aid kit !
