As expected.
Genuine product. Worked as expected. No reason to suspect it was anything but new as it was in factory box and didn't show any signs of wear on lugs, but black plastic just didn't shine like new. Minor point. Didn't impact usage.

Does not come with Line side lugs or the mounting screws
To get the line & load lugs the catalog number must have WL at the end. Just an FYI. The seller has graciously accepted my return.

Easy installation.
Used the New GE circuit breaker to replace an old circuit breaker.

Missing Lugs for wire attachement
This looks like a refurbished breaker. It is also missing the lugs necessary to attach the incoming wires. It is useless without the lugs.

Great way to find out the product is incomplete...... not happy will not do buisness with again
