Buena calidad, ya las he lavado varias veces y no se ha deshecho la esponja como con otras, solo que si tardan en secar cuando las lavas.

Sturdy Compression Foam
The foam is thick and firm; it's definitely not flimsy. I didn't notice an off putting smell. I just started wearing the foam in my compression garment (leggings), it's comfortable and I don't have anything negative to say, so far so good.
