Why is there no suction?

After starting the smart cupping device, please take out the included scraping jar and keep only the default jar, making sure the edge of the jar is in full contact with the skin and the inside of the jar is completely sealed.

Why do blisters appear when using the cupping device?

This is caused by the customer using too high a heating level. It is recommended to slowly adapt from the first level.

Is there anything that novices should pay attention to before using it?

Please read the product manual carefully. After turning on the machine, please adjust the heating and suction to the first level. Do not use the same part for more than 3 minutes each time.

How to increase the life of the electric cupping device and use it longer?

After receiving the package, it is recommended that you use the Type-C charging cable we provide to fully charge the cupping device. (If you do not use it for a long time, please charge it every 2 months to avoid battery damage)
