yellow the way theraband works is yellow red green blue black silver gold i do not recommend yellow unless it was recommended to you as there is very little resistance and if you over stretch it it can snap

I bought this product to support continued recovery after physical therapy. Green is a middle weight band after red and blue. I think it is about 5lbs resistance. I recommend working your way up if you are a beginner. Great for working outer hip and thigh.
