The Thera-Band, 5-Feet/12 mm, is an amazing way to get easy exercises and stretches in. I use it for my pilates, and yoga classes. They are a very convenient product and I will continue to use it in my future yoga and pilates classes.

This is perfect to work out with. It works quite well when you need a break from other forms of exersize. Plus they are easy to store, not taking up a lot of room.
