This watch and app are the best so far...I have gone through about 30 or 40 different smart watches to find the best to suite me and my needs...the apps are usually terrible, connections are not all that great, ect....this watch and this app are easy to setup, easy to use, keeps running, stays connected, has all my stats in 1 spot, and I don't have to keep looking to make sure that it monitors heart, stress, ect. It does all day and night long. Most watches will not track sleep after a certain time or has a cut off, this watch tells Everytime and how your sleep effects the day and tips to keep energy from sleep patterns...hands down the best of the best that I have owned, it is affordable, but works like a very expensive Samsung, just more detail. It is weighty, which I like and has no damage. I had it now for a while and I have gotten it wet, slammed into things with it, and it still looks like when I first pulled out of the box. To me it is more accurate and the step counter doesn't just count because you are moving your arm back and forth. I love the look, I love the feel, and will be buying from this company again.

Battery lasts a long time, the watch face has got good color and you can read it in the sun. But other than that some of the things that don't work that I feel could be improved on is the blood pressure sensor, and the step counter. It also shouldn't have to be running in the background on the phone because I don't use the app that much so I had to pretty much take it off and reinstall the app and not give it those rights. I think it's a little overdoing all the permissions when I don't want some of the features and that would be a nice thing to add is having a menu saying which features you like to be active and the rest would be taken off the watch face, making the interaction to be a little bit faster and more accurate plunging your fist into it watch because he can't get it to respond to your fingertip because you have dry skin. That's another thing.
