Very cheap quality, very disappointed in this item

Empezamos mal desde que vino dañado. Y es de fabrica xq vino bien empacado. Lo acabo de usar sentado en un silla y si se sintió mejoría en los pies.

Just what I needed

I love the pad, it’s a great idea. The plastic knobs fall off constantly.

It can be left out like any little floor mat. No need to waste time rolling and unrolling it. Also leaving it out makes it easy to use on the spur of the moment. Have something nearby to hang onto to reduce your weight on it at first and ensure stability. Foot prints should fit about size 7-8.5 men, size 8-9.5 women perfectly. It comes with 3 extra stones and posts in case you lose some but if it's just lying on the floor that's unlikely to happen. I'd place it on something soft like a rug, carpet or a yoga mat so it'll give a little under your feet. If you did want to travel around with it, it's very light weight and compact when rolled up.

Best purchase ever, me feet were hurting. When I stepped on for the first time, the pain was shot to my stomach too like its painful to step on but satisfying as well. I tried it with a foot pain reliever cream and the next day my foot pain was gone.
