After a heavy lower-body workout last night, I could feel DOMS setting in today — tight, painful quads and that familiar post-training inflammation. I usually rely on contrast therapy treatments, but the place that I go to was fully booked and I couldn’t get an appointment until the next day. The pain in my legs was starting to set in so I figured I’d use the Theragun Mini for just a few minutes on my quads instead. The difference was immediate. The percussive therapy clearly increased blood flow and relaxed the muscle tissue, reducing soreness and tightness almost right away. The pain was gone, and I was left with normal muscle fatigue rather than stiffness, pain, or discomfort. It’s impressive how effective this is for something so small. If you train hard or regularly deal with DOMS, this is a great tool to have.

powerful, effective, easy to use

So much smaller and still has the oomph to be a Theragun. Have been very impressed with this and the USB charging means that it is easy to find a charger which is huge. I didn’t need another specialty charger like my prior brand. Easy to use and light to hold, which is impressive given its power.

I have the first version of this Mini and it is heavier, however, it is more powerful and the battery last longer than the current version 3. Overall it works great to carry in your golf bag or backpack.
