Its pricy, but its the best and worth it. The taste is good, natural tasting. I use one scoop of the lemon flavor with 32 ounces. 1000mg of potassium can not be beat. I have tried all the cheap I ones. They taste bad. And I dont feel as good either. I trust Dr Berg, and I pay for a better product. 2 month supply for me buying this isn't too bad.

I've watched Dr. Berg's YouTube videos for a while, so that definitely made me more interested in trying this electrolyte powder, and I'm glad I did. The lemonade flavor tastes good, not overly sweet, and I like that it has no sugar. It mixes pretty easily and has been a nice way to add electrolytes during the day. I also appreciate that the formula feels simple and not loaded with a bunch of extra junk. If you already like Dr. Berg's videos and his approach to health, this is an easy product to feel good about buying.

I just re-tried this product and put small (half scoop) amount of it in a glass of cold water. It is great and give you so much energy. It also allows you to stay in keto diet or take long fasts. My experience was different previously as I put too much of it in a glass of water (my bad). The story is that I bought this product 2 months ago and tried it once. I just put one scoop of it in a glass of water and didnt like it. The taste was too sweet, so I put a low review for it. The seller kindly contacted me and refunded my money.

Some flavors are better then others, raspberry lemon was good, the lemonade flavor is icky and has a woerd after taste. Go with grape or raspberry
