Decent stick, but....

One reason I bought this particular stick was because they said there was you could "access online video guide without any info". When I received the stick, there as nothing but the stick. Nothing about accessing their video guide. I inquired through Amazon and the company's response was 'You can search online for yoga stick exercises, where you’ll find many publicly available classes led by professional instructors. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.". Really?

Free class isn't

The QR code on the sticks said we could use the stick training class for free but they wanted me to buy the class. What at I doing wrong or is this just a "bait and switch?"
