MERACH CV30 Pro Powerful Vibration Plate Exercise Machine

I am a first time user, so wasn't sure what to expect! this a terrific buy, good size, great value for money and so versatile. I bought it to help with Spinal Stenosis and chronic pain. So far I am impressed how quiet the machine is, great quality and so stable. I am still on the first level but have used it every day, so I do believe that this Merach Vibration plate, is helping me and cannot wait to try the other features..

Vey good, my 1 injured years ago right leg use to swell up at the end of the day at work, after being in one position of sitting all day. Omg, just used it a few time for 10 minutes, cured thst problem, leg did not swell up again. I’m not even using it every day, appears really good. Don’t know about weight loss or toning, don’t use it regularly for that, so can’t comment. Although seen videos of consistent people seeing a big difference in that area.

Yeah I like this. I find it relaxing before bed. Sometimes I just lay my legs on it. Would buy again

This is my 2nd power plate. I already know these things don't really help with weight loss, I use them more to get my lethargic lymphatic system a helping hand and some muscle stimulation. My last one from 10 years ago was double the height, triple the weight, took a lot of space and extremely loud to the extent it was impossible to watch TV and was just really horribly made. It finally went berserk so got rid and was not intending to replace it. However my lymphoma flare up forced me to have another look and I found this one £120 with voucher. I had low expectations as it looked so small and flimsy compared to my last one, but boy was I wrong! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see it was made to a high standard, looks smart and is actually really sturdy but not too heavy that I can move it around. The vibrations are great and it was SO easy to connect to the Bluetooth speakers, a feature I didn't need but am actually using to listen to the radio (when I'm not even using it!). Even the sound quality is good, I'm really shocked!! After my first use I actually got that subtle muscle ache like I had done a work out. 🤯 I fully recommend this product! And I'm not paid or influenced to write this lol

Love it - I use it every day for 15 min whilst listening to my music. Really seems to help with lymphatic drainage and circulation. Great supplier snd delivery service.

Faulty upon arrival

Are you going to lose weight using this...no not really. Are you going to feel great in the morning if used before bed...yes. I was having issues with surgical menopause joint issues and this has been a game changer. I can get out of bed without any pain or issues in knees or feet. I use twice a day on some days. I like taking my shower, putting on my face regimine then standig on this as they set. 10 min with auto is a perfect way to start the day

Works great. I got mine for circulation and it’s really relaxing and gets your blood moving.

I like it but it isn’t as full body jiggly as I hoped. Definitely shakes the legs but from the waist up stays still even on the highest setting and feet on the outer portion of the plate. Auto mode cuts off after 4-6 minutes, it’s different each time so I’m not sure what determines it. I do like the sturdiness of the grippy platform. Time will tell if I can feel or notice any effects but I plan to continue to be consistent in its use.

I'm a big girl (under 250) and this machine runs without any struggles. The remote works fairly well except the on/off button which does not work to shut it off. With that being said I didn't request from seller to "fix" because I'm not bothered by it, if I need it to shut completely off I just unplug it.
