This is a brilliant and helpful resource for those struggling with triggered emotions and immature coping strategies (which is all of us at some level). Ronald Ovitt does a great job of being non-judgemental, but lovingly honest, providing hope grounded in the truth of God's Word. I'm so grateful to be able to recommend this book as a trauma-informed approach to spiritual and emotional growth.
