I have been using the boAt Nirvana X TWS for about a month now, and while they look decent, my overall experience has been disappointing. Here is the breakdown of why I cannot recommend these. Pros: Good Bass: The bass is punchy and enjoyable if you like that heavy thump. Decent Indoor Calls: Call quality is surprisingly clear when talking indoors. Decent Looks: Aesthetically, the buds look fine and presentable. Cons: Terrible Battery Life: The biggest failure. Usage of just 2-3 hours drains the case significantly; real-world backup is only 8-10 hours total, nowhere near the claimed 40 hours. Bad Service Experience: I tried to exchange the product due to the battery drain, but the service center refused. They certified the product as "fine" despite the obvious defects. Average Sound: Overall audio quality is just "ok" and not worth the money. Poor Functionality: Functionality is a total disappointment compared to the design. Verdict: Do not buy. The battery is weak, and support won't help you. Go for Realme T310 or OnePlus Nord Buds 3 instead.

5 stars are only for sound output. I would like to bring to your notice that the main unit box appeared to be opened and repacked prior to delivery. Additionally, I observed a glue-like substance near the touchpad area of the left earbud, which raised concerns about the product’s condition. This led me to suspect that the item might be a refurbished product. I also noticed that I purchased the TWS at ₹1499, whereas the price was updated to ₹1999 by the end of the day, which further added to my doubts. Based on these observations, it seems that the product I received may have been refurbished or previously handled. Although the packaging appeared repacked and there was a glue-like residue on the left earbud, I did not request a return or replacement, as there are no visible scratches on the case or earbuds, and the sound quality is satisfactory. However, this situation raises a concern—if the delivered product itself appears refurbished or repaired, it is unclear whether a replacement would genuinely be a brand-new unit.
