As someone who needs consistent drink quality, this machine has been a great help. The temperature control is precise, and it freezes quickly. Once it’s set, it runs steadily without constant adjustments. The slush texture comes out smooth and even — no separation or watery layers. The consistency is very stable from batch to batch. The size is compact but the capacity is more than enough for home use or small commercial settings. After several uses, it continues to perform reliably. Definitely worth the purchase.

Love this thing so far. Freezes fast. Easy button selection takes out the guess work after you power it on. Also allows you to increase or decrease the coldness to make a thicker or thinner slush. Seems to be easy to clean and comes apart easily. I clean it immediately after use, it has a rinse cycle. My only issue is the dispenser drips uncontrollably into the drip pan after each glass fill (creates a mess on the cabinet). Seems it can’t reseal because the ice blocks the rubber seal not allowing it to properly close.

It's pretty decent. I originally had the most popular brand, the one that started the hype (you all know the one) and I loved that thing. Used it daily for over a year with basic slushes (my reward for surviving the day) but a rogue houseguest got overzealous and it suffered a grizzly fate. So I got this one, cheaper and bigger, and I'm pretty happy with it. Only two grievances so far. It's not as quiet, and it gets even louder when you've got less than half in the tank so that's not fun. I'll be sitting in the other room and start hearing an ungodly squeaking noise. The other being the touch "buttons". They're both overly sensitive and not sensitive enough, and unless you're at eye level you sometimes gotta poke around a little to hit the sweet spot on certain options. Aside from that, it gets the job done at a better price and a bigger bucket. I don't think I'd buy this one again, but I don't have buyer's remorse either

This slushie machine has been a lot of fun to use and works really well. It’s very easy to set up, and I like that no ice is needed. Just pour in the drink, select a program, and it turns into a smooth slushy consistently. The preset programs are convenient, and the machine runs quietly, which is great for home use. The texture comes out smooth, not watery, and it works well for slushies, milkshakes, smoothies, and even frozen drinks like margaritas. The LED display is clear, and the auto-clean function makes cleanup much easier. Overall, this is a great machine for families or gatherings. It feels well made and delivers exactly what it promises. Very happy with this purchase.

I cannot say how much I love this slushie maker. It is unbeleivably easy to make slushies and clean up. I have done soda, juice and egg nog slushies so far and they’ve all turned out great! Just turn it on and pour it in. I typically bump the temperature preference up one tick on all the slushies/shakes. I pour in cold drinks and it takes about 30minutes to make 2-3 servings of drinks. The control panel CAN be touchy but one thing I noticed is if I turn it on/use control panel as soon as I plug it in, it is very responsive then. It is super quiet and makes nice slushies to your preference with the amount of control settings they have. My husband was skeptical at first but LOVES this for his shakes. We have had it for about 2 weeks and make slushies about every other day. It is heavy but really is pretty compact compared to other machines and a great value compared to “name brands” that get similar review ratings.

The machine worked really well as far as making slushies and also making milkshakes. The products came out exceptionally delicious if you use the proper recipes. The instruction/recipe guide on making slushies is pretty simple to read and understand. My problem with the machine is that on the 6th time I used it, the dispenser handle just broke off. The handle is exceptionally tight and the pouring is slow. I have not used any other machine so I cannot tell you the difference between this machine and others. While dispensing my coconut slushy, with minimal force; the handle just broke off in my hand. It’s made of plastic, so therefore is not very durable. I have returned the machine and will be purchasing a Ninja. Again, the machine is very quiet, it worked great for the whole 2 weeks I had it, and then the handle just snapped off. This is a lot of money to spend just to have something break and then have to go through pain of boxing it back up and returning it

Fantastic machine! I have been enjoying delicious slushies made from juices, sodas, and an occasional adult frozen beverage, too. It takes an hour and saves me a bundle to make them myself. Plus, the picky people in my house will actually drink fruit juice when it's in slush form. I wish I had bought one sooner simply because I would have been enjoying the delicious treats it makes even sooner. It is easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean. You can choose from a variety of temperatures based on your ingredients. As long as there is a reasonable amount of sugar in the ingredients, the machine will not leak. I use "no sugar added" juices and often mix them with zero sugar ginger ale. I haven't had a leak since I started using it. Just delicious treats.

Works as described. The only issue I have is the ability to clean the reservoir. The edges on the opening have tiny tunnels that are nearly impossible to clean.
