Does this come with a nail form?

No most models ones builder gels do not come with nails forms

Removal is this soak off or efiled off?

It can be soaked off, but it can be a long process. I usually file it way down then soak the remainder off. I use a combination of e-file and 150-180 boards, but it would be easy enough to do it all manually.

Can you buy the clear in a bigger bottle?

I don’t think so. There should be plenty in the bottle for several manicures.

Can this be used as a clear coat with no color to strengthen nails?

Yes you can. I find it little hard to use. It is thick so be careful with the strokes. I find it better after applying on each finger nail, set each under the light as you go. Then set the entire hand at the end.
