Can this 20v 8ah battery charge with the dewalt dcb115 charger?

All of the Dewalt 20V Max chargers should be interchangeable. I have a DCB107 charger and the DCB 208, DCB203 and DCB207 batteries I have all work fine with it.

I’m using 2 of these in my Dewalt lawn mower and they only last about a total of 30 minutes and then dead. Should these run longer??

Can this fit a Dewalt 20v 1/2 impact that comes with the 4ah

Yes. Any 20v tool can accept any 20v battery. The 8ah will just be appt bulkier to handle the compact impact driver.
