NOT Suitable for fixing Vinyl Pools / doesn't work under water.
Really disappointed - a bit of a waste of money to be honest. I tried to use this product to fix a small hole in the bottom of a Vinyl swimming pool. The area was wet but clean and whilst the glue on these seems incredibly sticky before it gets wet - when underwater, it just lifts with close to zero adhesion. I would strongly refute the claim that this works underwater and no amount of pressure or smoothing makes any difference.
