CamelBak Ultra Handheld Chill Quick Stow Flask

Great for short runs (10K and less). If you need a lot of water I would go with something bigger. The grip is easy on the hands and the fact you can squeeze the bottle helps for the quick sip while you run rather than angling the bottle as you run. The pouch stretches a bit and can hold keys, credit cards, hotel room keys, etc. The pouch is NOT large enough for an iPhone 6s Plus or similar size phone. This forced me to leave my phone at home and run with a smaller iPod, which is probably better as it means no phone calls interrupting my runs.

This bottle DOES NOT hold 17 ounces, not even 16 ounces. Even for runs less than 6 miles I usually fill twice in the summer. The bite valve is hard to use on the run, and the emptier the flask becomes, the harder it is to get fluid out- I felt like I was milking a cow. Fluids did not stay colder than they did in my plastic bottles.In theory it sounds like a good idea, but I live in Houston, and water just doesn't stay cold unless you use ice, and personally I use koozies- especially neoprene. Also the price is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous for the utility and quality of this product.

I like the way this fits your hand when running which was the main reason I bought it. Wish it held a little more, but I knew the size when I made my purchase. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that you need to be careful to pull the flask from the pouch a little or you can easily cross thread the lid which will lead to water leaking everywhere. Because you need to pull the flask away from the pouch, I don't feel you can fill to it's full capacity. All this said, it's good what I wanted it for...a lightweight liquid source that I can easily carry while running my shorter runs of 10 miles or under, depending on the heat. Anything more, I take my traditional camelbak.

I love it and hate it at the same time. The intent of the design is awesome but the execution is seriously lacking some thought. It carries a Samsung Galaxy 5 without the cover and you can stuff a few items in the pouch in front of it. However....you cannot get the flask out of the jacket, because there is no adequate opening, and when you refill it, your stuff and the fabric you have to hold will get wet. The fabric hole is too close to the flask opening so you may not get it screwed down right the first time and it will leak on you and your stuff. The chill flask does not fill completely and you can't tell how much you have left. What I did like was the pouch and strap design. You can hold this however you want and it won't slip. I also like that the flask has the standard camelbak bite valve. I didn't need to use he close function because that didn't leak. It's the jacket and probably the chill flask that are the problems. They are really a pain in the a... (I ended up using a 20$ camelbak soft flask and one of those 8$ rubber bottle holder things for my race and holding my phone with a free wrist band in my other hand.)

This was the single most worst purchase I've made from CamelBak. The bottle doesn't hold enough water to run more than one cup of water. I'm completely dissatisfied with the purchase because not only is it inefficient the price is unreasonably high for product which cell phone apple Iphone 6 doesn't fit in the zipper pouch.

The bottle just holds 13 oz instead of the 17 advertised.

Absolut durchdacht und wahnsinnig praktisch an heißen Sommertagen. Leider verliert die Tasche beim Waschen schnell die schöne leuchtende Farbe. Die Flasche lässt sich gut, einfach und gründlich reinigen.

È la mia inseparabile borraccia x i lunghi. Comodissima da portare anche per più di 30km. Non è molto capiente ma è sufficiente X idratarsi per molti Km. Molto pratiche anche le due tasche frontali x portare il cel e qualche gel. La migliore X questo tipo di utilizzo.

Insgesamt erfüllt die gut verarbeitete Läufer-Flasche einfach nicht wirklich ihren Zweck.- Die Flasche saugt sich mit Schweiß voll. Eine in der Hand getragene Flasche ohne Stoff "lüftet" sich besser aus- Das Band an der Hand ist zu weit oben und etwas unbequem bei Läufen über 30min- Die Füllmenge ist zu gering.- Die Flasche in den Stoff zu bekommen ist etwas fummelig+ Das Smartphone sitzt gut und wackelt nicht+ Hochwertige Verarbeitung

Only used once but it was very comfortable and it was -5 celcius and no frozen valve. I have full faith it will be another great camelbak product.
