I bought this organic Saigon cinnamon from McCormick because I've been making a conscious effort to switch to a healthier lifestyle and use cleaner ingredients whenever possible. I've always liked McCormick's organic line, but this time I specifically wanted Saigon cinnamon because of its unique flavor and the benefits it's known for. The moment I opened the bottle, I could tell the difference. The aroma is rich, warm, and incredibly natural—honestly, it smells just like freshly ground whole cinnamon. It doesn't have the dull, flat scent that many store-bought ground cinnamons do. The flavor is deep, naturally sweet, and wonderfully aromatic. I use it in coffee, oatmeal, smoothies, desserts, and even savory recipes, and it elevates everything I add it to. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while, and you can tell it's a premium-quality cinnamon from the very first sprinkle. It also does a great job of preserving its freshness and aroma over time. In fact, we loved it so much that we also bought the organic nutmeg from the same line, and it was just as impressive. The aroma and flavor are equally rich, fresh, and natural. If you're looking for an organic cinnamon with authentic flavor and exceptional quality, this is an excellent choice. It truly stands out from regular ground cinnamon. I would absolutely buy it again, and I highly recommend it. It's not the cheapest option, but it's worth every penny.

This “Saigon Cinnamon” is a game-changer for any recipe needing cinnamon. I’ve been making cinnamon rolls with traditional cinnamon powder for years. Switching to this bold, flavorful cinnamon made them taste and smell like a popular airport or mall brand. ;-0 It’s strong but smells and tastes incredible. Some say it has a “spicy” flavor, but I didn’t find that in cinnamon rolls. If you bake with cinnamon often, buy a larger quantity. I’ve made two batches each using two heaping tablespoons, and my jar is almost empty. Highly Recommend

The moment you pull the sea off and smell the cinnamon it has a strong but lovely odor to it. I took a bottle of cinnamon and sugar spice when it was almost finished and put half of this bottle in that one and added 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. I took it around and mixed everything up and this will be my go to for cinnamon sugar spice.

Excellent Quality Saigon Cinnamon. Super Fresh smelling and tasting. I like to put it in my coffee or yogurt. There's many ways to enjoy this. Antioxidants I definitely recommend!
