I'm waiting for my sheet now. **Q: Do I need sealer on countertop before paint?** A: No. I used sealer after the paint. I'm really happy with this product. Put CHARCOAL on top of turquoise colored laminate countertops, and it covered very well. A cheap sponge brush worked better in the corners vs a brush with bristles **Q: How much space will a quart cover?** A: This paint goes further than the specs. on the jar. I have put 3-4 coats on upper and lower caninets in my 10x8 kitchen. **Q: Would beyond paint work good on dining roon set without sanding** A: It is a paint not a stain.
