Uptill now, the pillow is doing a very good job. It's very comfortable, the memory foam is very soft yet retains its shape, it has a good design and the pillow is very thick. I don't think the shape matters that much since it flattens out when you lie on it. Im not entirely sure how it's supposed to give support. Overall a very good pillow

Very poor quality and Amazon creating hurdles by their own for return by rescheduling pick up without any cogent reason .I wanted expeditious return from customer care .On contrary she rescheduled pick up by creating delay.shamful conduct
