Review: Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice - What can I say about rice? I like Uncles Ben's Rice & find it to be fluffier when cooked. It cooks evenly. I've made other brands of rice where some of the grains are actually broken & cook to a pasty texture. I don't get that with Uncle Ben's. Great price, nice size bag, & it's really delicious.

Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice
What can I say about rice? I like Uncles Ben's Rice & find it to be fluffier when cooked. It cooks evenly. I've made other brands of rice where some of the grains are actually broken & cook to a pasty texture. I don't get that with Uncle Ben's. Great price, nice size bag, & it's really delicious.

It’s the same great rice we loved years ago. You’ll still like it
It used to be called Uncle Ben’s converted rice but that became hurtful racial issue for African Americans. If you used it sixty years and liked it it hasn’t changed Delicious and easy to make. We use it instead of Mahatma rice or other less known brands
