The book is wonderful!
The book is wonderful! Full of delicious recipes, easy to cook, and good for healthy. I’ve tried already a half of them and it works very well! All my friends and family enjoy all meals which I’ve started to cook since I've bought this book. It is really special cooking book - very clear and easy to repeat. Joel Robuchon is a great Chef, and now I feel that I can do like him! And also, it is easy to choose, what to eat: just look out of the window, see the time, and you have your food. My daughter was tired, and I’ve cooked for her the Chicken Soup with ginger and mushrooms. She recovered pretty immediately! She was so happy, and so do I, thanks to this book. One evening my husband came home very angry - he was obsessed with his job and with one of his colleagues. He was really scared to loose his job. And I’ve prepared him a celery root and endive salad with walnuts. It was not difficult - I did it just in the half of hour. But the result was fantastique - my husband came down and began to smile and to relax. And he slept very well this night. I would love to thanks authors for this book which brings me good solutions.

Interesting Reading, but--
Interesting information about how different foods are important to your body's chemistry. The recipes are beyond my culinary talents.

RELEARNING HEALTHY EATING FROM THE WORLD'S TOP CHEF
No one in the world has more Michelin Stars than Chef Joel Robuchon. I am so impressed that he has taken the time to help us learn (or relearn) how to eat in a healthy way. This book is informal, useful and easy to read, and more importantly, incorporate and use in our own lives. I personally am delighted to have help from such a world-wide authority on gastronomy with the added dietary expertise about healthy living.

A bit dissapointing but does have some good recipes.

Not great
As someone who works in the food industry and is very passionate about cooking, I wouldn't recommend this book. Explanations on the effect of food on our health and mood were very superficial. Tried a simple salad recipe that was nice- overall there might be 5 recipes that I want to try, but I can't say this book is a nice addition to my cooking book collection. Also the book is spiral binded which makes it practical, but might look a bit cheap if you wish to offer it as a gift.
