I bought a new Samsung TV a little over a year ago. Came with a solar remote. Great I thought, no need for batteries. Wrong. No problem I will just put it in sunlight to charge. A week ago a message popped up on the TV, battery low. Put remote in sunlight and thought that would work. Wrong again. Next message said battery extremely low a day or so later. Starting researching Samsung solar remotes and many people stated they could only get it charged using a cable. Despite having numerous cables on hand, none fit. Panic mode. Ordered this cable. Received two days later. It fit the remote and started charging immediately. About an hour later fully charged. Very pleased with purchase. Not so pleased with Samsung though. For the price I paid for this high end TV you would like they would include a $10.00 cable.

We got 85” samsung tv and amazed how the remote is solar and super slim. When we purchased the tv there’s no charger included for the remote. It happens that the remote battery died during winter and no sunlight so we look for possible solution. We were able to get this charger. 😊 Its very compatible and works really well. Must try if you are looking for a good quality charger. 👌🏽
