I ordered it through Walgreens using my HSA/FSA card. **Q: Do you wipe in only one direction, from the inside of the lid (by the nose) across to the outer edge or wipe back & forth, from side to side?** A: I wipe from the inside corner or each eye (nearest the nose) to the outside. I do several swipes with one side on one eye. Then turn it over and use the other side in the other eye. I also wipe along the bottom of the lower lashes. **Q: Can u use this in the morning as a daily wash? Or both day n night** A: My ophthalmologist recommended morning and night. **Q: Is this preservative free? doesn't say so on package.** A: I’m not really sure.. but I would rather use this product then worry about the preservatives if any.. It has green tea extract tea tree oil for itchy eyelids.. I swear by it abd have been using for 2 years..
