Streaming Stick HD — HD Streaming Device for TV with Roku Voice Remote, Free & Live TV

I got two of these because they were selling for half the price of other Roku sticks. We already own a 4k Roku stick, and on our kids' non-4k TVs, there is absolutely no difference in quality. SO if you don't have 4k tv's just get this one. We have not tested the difference on our tv that is 4k, so I'm not sure how they would compare. Setting the Rokus streaming stick up Is EASY. Much easier and more direct than the firestick. i love that we can personalize themes and sounds. It connected quickly to our WIFI, which was a relief because some device have trouble with our cement walls. The remote buttons are simple and straightforward, so even our youngest child and our oldest family members were able to use all of the functions without assistance. The batteries seem to last for a while. We havent had to replace them yet. It comes with a variety of free streaming apps and even some games. again, that was much easier for the preschooler to use than firestick.

The Roku streaming stick works great. It has a voice enabled remote control. The stick comes with its own free and live TV programming. It is very easy to connect the device to the TV as well as to any apps or to your TV provider and the app that your TV provider has. The interface works great. If you need to it is very easy to move from TV to TV as needed. The Roku stick is a great value for the money.

Easy to setup and very easy to use. The menu seems a little slow as far as responsiveness from the remote but thats usually expected from the cheaper models of the roku. Its a great price especially when turning an older non smart tv into basically a smart tv. Its got all kinds of apps on it if you wanna use netflix Hulu or pretty much any other mainstream streaming app.

I absolutely love the Roku Streaming Stick HD. It's simple and uncomplicated. I can access all my favorite channels. the usb port just plugs into my tv and it remembers all my favorite channels, which makes it easy for my entertainment. I have and older Vizio tv and this streaming stick is perfect perfect! I have been able to store all my favorite channels. I am very pleased with this Roku Streaming Stick HD

Easy to use (I did not give any payment info to the device. I simply set up a Roku account with my email address). This HDMI device plugs right in (comes with a power cord that connects to the TV's USB port for power), it sets itself up automatically (at least it did with my old Sanyo television, which is not a smart device, so no apps and no internet connectivity). After setting the password for the wi-fi, then signing up for Roku with my email and checking my email to verify the account, I chose which apps to show on the menu, the device worked. Now watching free movies and television shows (though for-pay streaming services are available). My old TV gets a new life as a streaming device, too, thanks to Roku.

This is my second Roku stick. I bought it when my firestick stopped working, since I prefer the Roku interface to the Firestick interface. I'm less impressed with this one than my old one. This one plugs in directly to the back of the TV, and it constantly drops audio when watching the live channels. I have to change the channel and change back for it to reset. It always drops during a commercial break and not while the show is playing. No matter what I do, this problem doesn't stop. My original Roku has the small piece that sits in front of the television and is not hidden but it works better than this one. Overall I like Roku. It works perfect with the added apps and never loses wifi connectivity - there is a wifi "puck" about 10 feet away. I would definitely recommend Roku, I think this particular product might have some bugs. Really love all the options on the FREE Roku channel app.

This is our second roku device. Great value for streaming channelson main tv or on a secondary unit in another room . Long bean a roku fan. This streamline stick is great for tvs without the roku option installed. Its affordable and does as intended. Plug into port, follow setup instructions, and good to go. It does have its own power cord so beware it will need an available outlet to utilize. Remote works great, just wish it was rechargable. Definitely a great addition to a setup, works well as a primary or secondary tv source. The small size makes it easy to take with you when you travel. And comes loaded with everything you would expect from roku. Yes, I recommend it.

it's working with my TCL TV but there is no HBO and Amazon Prime TV apps to add. Only Netflix which I already had on my TV. I only bough this stick so I could watch HBO and Prime because it was in the pictures

so far so good. Turned my old TV to a super smart one!!
