Now that I’ve used the whole bag and placed an order for another one I will write a review. This flour is great. The bread comes out perfect and light, not doughy. I only really compared to other flour as I ran out of this one completely so had to use the other one I had at home. I really hope that the seller keeps this flour on Amazon for people to buy because it is really good one! Thanks

Italian American heritage here with lots of pizza crusts under my belt. Never enough bubbles in the baked crust for me...until I started using the 00 flour. This particular brand is sublime. Get this. Use it only for your pizza crusts. Make pizza at home now with confidence. You'll have exactly the best flour for success. (No rolling pins. Use your hands and be gentle as you pat and stretch the dough onto the pizza pan. Preserve the lightness and the air inside.) It'll bake to perfection with this flour.
