These David Cinnamon Roll Flavored Bar protein bars are the best flavored bar that I’ve tasted in 5 months of dieting. They are only 150 calories, yet have 28g of protein. The flavor is amazing, tasted sweet, great texture, was very satisfying, and filling.

These bars are literally perfect! I'm so glad I found them. First of all, they taste good. I got cinnamon roll. Second, they have really good macro ratios. Lots of protein and low on carbs. They don't have any chocolate coating, which most protein bars have, and I hate that because it defeats the purpose of a protein bar. Also, they won't melt. This is great because you can take them in your pack on a hike and not worry about a gooey mess when you open them. Similarly, they won't freeze. This is useful if you hike in cold environments or in winter. You can stuff one in your bag/purse and have it as an emergency snack on the plane. You can easily fit them in many small packs like fanny packs. I love these bars. They are the best. Also, they really fill you up. After two bars you feel like you have a legit lunch. Some bars leave you craving more food, but these bars are actually satisfying. Love these bars.

I liked the taste and appreciate the high protein / low calorie content.

I enjoy the taste of these bars, but am a bit unfamiliar with the fat content used. I don’t want to have any tummy troubles later on. The cost is a bit high but I like like the protein is higher than other bars I’ve seen on the market.

David protein bars are by far the best protein / snack bar out there. It's the only one I have found that has a 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat macro consistency. These bars are delicious and provide me enough energy to snowboard or hike all day. It may cost a little more than your standard protein bars but you won't get a bar loaded with fat or excess sugars and carbohydrates.

I bought these bars about a week ago and they are DELICIOUS, I'll admit, and there's none of that typical chalky texture either. They also have great macros and are plenty filling, I would eat them every morning as a light breakfast. On the surface, their only downside is the poor value for money, as these bars are quite expensive compared to some of the other options out there. The issue is that after a few days of eating these bars, there were some terrible side effects that seem to be quite common after I did some more research. Fair warning, this review will be GRAPHIC. These bars use a fat substitute called EPG to deliver a delicious protein bar that has almost zero fat and ultra low calories. EPG is technically a modified fat that doesn't digest inside the human body. Well, unfortunately that isn't necessarily a good thing. After about 3 days of eating one bar per day, my stool (poop) turned orange, wiping was difficult because my butt was covered in an orange waxy substance, and the issue has been persistent. Passing gas will result in leakage, as the orange wax has a water-like consistency, it can easily leak out of you and you won't even be able to feel it leaving your body. Small wax chunks will appear in the toilet after you poop, and they are sometimes so sticky that they can only be removed from the toilet bowl by force (not even water spray could remove them). I didn't think this was David's fault at first, but after doing research, it seems this issue is super common with these bars, and eating more than one per day can even result in a massive amount of uncontrollable leakage of orange wax from the anus. Do NOT buy these bars if you value your dignity.

Delicious. Not dry and crumbly. Contains 28g of protein and no sugar. It's low carb and gluten free. I love having a Cinnamon Roll Protein Bar with a great cup of coffee!
