Size:with 0.39" LED Display, 5 Output Amps, 30 Output Volts, 90 Output Watts The Instek GPS-3030DD single-output linear DC power supply unit provides a constant source of DC voltage and current for powering and testing electronic devices. The power supply unit (PSU) has one output that provides DC voltage up to 30V and current up to 3 amp. Potentiometer knobs on the unit's front panel allow for fine and coarse adjustment of the voltage and current output. Dual digital LED screens show voltage and current readings simultaneously and are readable in low light. The PSU features continuous or dynamic internal load selection for applications such as pulsed current. Terminals on the rear of the unit provide connection to an external device, such as a computer, for remote control. A power cord with a three-prong plug is included for connecting the PSU to a grounded outlet, and a test lead is included for testing applications. A built-in cooling fan helps prevent overheating, and overload protection and reverse polarity protection help prevent damage to the PSU and the device under test.
