Great swap for RV door
Easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Removed a door know in an RV to this latch, which allowed the door to open a few more inches. With tight quarters, this was perfect for a couple extra inches of walking space.

Only one flaw..
the one thing that I was dissapointed in was the adjustment nut at the back of the device. It's probably made of polypropylene and the body is metal. It's easy to cross thread if you back it out too far. Hopefully it won't need any adjustment once it's set..

Great product! Far superior to ball catch
This product is SO much better than the ball catch product. We moved into a new home and previous owner had this mechanism on all their closets. We recently added a closet and used a ball catch system and immediately could tell a difference. Switched the ball catch out and now smooth opening and closing like all the others.

I imagine it would work... yet did not use it.
The pieces did not line up with the existing holes and would have required removing wood from door frame to fit. Not the products fault, just didn't want to change frame should a regular knob want to be put back in. Well built, I'll probably use it on a closet door some day...

Adjustable tension for right fit!
Product did exactly what i needed for a set of french doors for my hall closet! The tension is adjustable to ensure appropriate opening abd closing firmness was met! I recommend this product!

Sturdy
They are a bit "deeper" than ones I have that are about 25 years old. They do not simply fit in the old hole if you are replacing. A bit of work to use as replacements. If they are to be used as "new" door hardware, they are perfect.
