I have been using this for a month now. Go for it. Quite amazing. I am using it more for getting rid of cobwebs and dirt in door/window panels, difficult places to dust or clean with broom/cloth, detaching and cleaning car. Very good battery - goes for long hours after one charge.

I did a lot of research on vacs - as there are lots of different types on the market. This Gtec Pro seemed right for me so I read through all the reviews and all the questions and answers before ordering! I’ve never enjoyed vaccing but this one is a joy to use - it’s lightweight, zips over floors and rugs easily and suction power is good. I use it on eco mode, and on a full charge - I can do the house (4 bed bungalow) on 3 occasions before charging is necessary. I only have one room that has carpet, the rest are a mix of laminate, tiles and cushion flooring. If you have all carpet you may need to use it on max power. When the vac was delivered the battery was showing 2 bars but I charged it to 4 bars. When I have it on charge I just prop it up ( doesn’t stand up on its on) and plug in to power source. It takes c4 hours from zero charge to full charge. Alternatively you can take the stick part off & plug in the handheld bit ( I did this the first time resting it on the kitchen worktop) I think you can also take the battery off and charge separately. It retains power whilst not in use.I do find it a bit tricky taking the stick part off to convert it to hand held...but this is not a major issue. I’ve not changed the bag yet so I can’t comment on this.All in all I give this 5 stars, & would definitely recommend it.

I used product for one day. Here is my take it is nice product though the built is not that great. I have too many issues with on/off button and changing power mode. Sometime it is not working at all. That is the reason added a return request. It’s a nice product though hate to return however not sure how long the buttons will survive.

Fantastic. Just used for first time. Much better than my Dyson V6 ! Easy to assemble and use . Not too heavy - I am in my late 70s with arthritic hands but weight is no problem.Lights big advantage for those dark corners. Quick recharge.No emptying container or container opening when in use as can happen with Dyson V6 !No filters to wash. Value for money.Any problems I will update IF they occur .Update December 2020 l had my cleaner in 2018 .About a year later a problem occurred with the battery being loose. Contacted Gtech and they immediately sent a replacement. No problems since. Still working great.

I ordered one as was told they were brilliant. Unfortunately the battery kept falling out so had to send it back. The suppliers were brilliant and sent me a replacement very quickly thank you to them for quick results.The actual machine is good and picks up well, but it does have some problems.1) the rubber edge keeps falling off very frustrating I may have to phone the manufacturer2) the attachments are very difficult to remove, not recomended for an elderly person as it's too hard to pull apart to reattach another brush etc3) the replacement bags can only be bought from the manufacturer at £9.99 for 10 bags
