The product is great, and also the was down within 24 hrs. The fan is wokin' great and very silent and gives good air flow as compare its size (1200mm), works smoothly with Atomberg Home, Gemini and Alexa. Highly recommend. People can buy it. And best in this price range, I could have found. I have another Atomberg pedestal fan which is 1.5 years old and till today works finely. I think I could say that Atomberg is a very reliable brand.

Pros + Sleek and compact design. + Good air delivery. Covers approx. 12 ft X 12 ft of area. If your room is wider then you probably need to install two fans for optimal air circulation. + Produces lower air noise as compared to traditional aluminium fans. + Convenient to use because of remote and IoT functionality. + LEDs are fairly bright. Good for show off. Cons - While starting from stop the fan jerks and makes some noise. As per company it is normal behaviour of BLDC motor, but they should rectify this issue in future revisions as it does not feel normal. Once the fan catches speed it does not make any noise. - Also when the fan is on lowest speed it wobbles a little, this issue maybe due to above mentioned point.

I never really write reviews but in this case I must warn anyone who is looking to purchase this fan. While the product is ok the after sales service is horrible. I have been chasing them since the last 8 days to have a technician visit and check the grinding noise my fan is making but to no avail. They will only redirect you to AI based support which will give the same responses in a loop. One time the technician has visited but he was not able to solve the issue. The next time he taken an OTP from me saying it is required before the visit and then cancelled the visit altogether. I have bought a total of 8 fans and 2 smart locks from this company but have been utterly disappointed with the service aspect. For the price you pay for the fan, I think its better to stay clear of this company and buy from a more establised manufacturer who can provide proper post sales service. I was a big supporter of Atomberg in the past but the company is not the same anymore. Best avoid in case you want peace of mind with respect to service.

Great product so far

The fan is expensive but worth every penny. It's surprisingly has low noise compare to all other fans I have installed till now. The inner light and sleek blades gives a all round super awesome looks. The fan speed though 300 rpm, it gives the feel of a more faster fans. Even at higher speed the sound is quite comfy and not irritable. You can watch your telly without any disturbance. Overall a great product. Only one con is that this fan as Allen key screws and took double time for installation since they were so tight that the service person sweat it out like hell. Post installation, the perfect fan for the heaty summer.

This is a nice enough product, but I would not go overboard and say it lives up to the expectation. First, the good: 1. Silent 2. Smart 3. Good looking Bad: 1. The ABS blades attract dirt and need frequent claiming. 2. Not compatible with Siri. Not sure how the other options are, but I would definitely consider them before this one.
