I bought Gatorlyte specifically for times when I felt like I needed more than just water, and it did a great job of rehydrating me. I could genuinely tell a difference after drinking it, which is ultimately what I wanted from an electrolyte drink.I also like that it has five electrolytes, is lower in sugar, and doesn't contain artificial sweeteners or flavors. The Mixed Berry flavor is easy to drink and doesn't make hydration feel like a chore.Overall, it did exactly what I bought it to do, and I would absolutely purchase it again. If you're looking for something to have on hand for those times when you need some extra hydration, this is a great option.

I do like Gatorade this hydration Gatorade is awesome the only thing that I don't like is that it is so expensive and I think we're paying for the name it could be a little cheaper

These are great tasting and work well when needing to hydrate. These had the electrolytes I needed after chemo treatment for side effects

Drink lots of Gatorlyte. This flair is OK, but would prefer lemon-lime.
