Lobster claw work badly or not at all. O rings coming loose. I'll go back to my regular vendor they are a bit more but no issues.July ..jump rings not closed well. 15 to 20% lobster claws are bad. But elsewhere..pay a bit more...

I have been buying so many junkie chains off of Amazon. Most look like they came from the dollar store. These are beautiful. Finally. They look so elegant. I will be purchasing more very soon. I wish they came in bronze and gold. Thank you for something that looks beautiful.

We needed a low cost necklace to give with our charms at no added cost to our customers. This necklace does exactly what we wanted. It has a very nice look and while it is not the greatest quality, it is more than ample for our needs. We will definitely be buying more of these.

Three of the necklaces came damaged. The links are flattened and won't keep the shape. The other necklaces are just fine and looks really great I would say that I am mostly satisfied with this order. Order came in on time

I had a few clasps come off after adding the charms. I am glad I was able to catch this before selling them to a customer. Just had to make sure they were all tight.

beautiful chains no fade after use, just super delicate and on a couple of them the clasp was defective and would nit not open. I would definitely buy again because of the great value for my money despite the couple that broke.

This product is from China. I decided to keep them after washing them thoroughly however the chains do not appear to be very strong and the metal looks cheap.

This is my first time buying a Water Ripple chain. I absolutely love how they look compared to a Link or Snake chain and will probably switch to a Water Ripple chain for use from now on. However, NOT these Water Ripple chains. Compared to the product photograph, these are extremely fine and delicate, which I was not expecting. They are strong. However, I would still be wary about the weight of the pendant I was placing on them. Having just opened them, I am wondering if I should return them and try another brand of Water Ripple instead. I don't know how the supplier could photograph them differently to show how extremely fine and delicate they are. I require a necklace chain that has the ability to hold a pendant of pretty well every size, which I have gotten w/ the Snake and Link chains I have ordered. Considering, the price is not as great as I thought it was because of what I consider to be a huge flaw. Yes. I will be returning them. They would be lovely for small pendants, but no, not *good* enough for regular or large pendants. Now I do feel disappointed because the Water Ripple and colouring (a shiny silver) are fantastic. I know that I read whatever product information provided before ordering and NO indication at just how fine and delicate they are.

When I received these chains, I was pleased with the ripple chain design. It is very delicate and looks lovely with or without a pendant. But if kept out of the little plastic bag that it comes in so that it is exposed to the air, in only two weeks I noticed the chains starting to tarnish quickly. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this product.

I am disappointed in the quality of the clasps on these necklaces...they stick and are very hard to open. .a huge sticking point with me..and the first three didn't work at all...not impressed

The order arrived quickly and the chains were beautiful but they didn’t come with the velvet bags.
