GreenLife GL Bakeware 12-Cup Muffin Tin, Sage

Conceptually great and heavy duty, but this pan changes shape in the oven (you can hear it clanging) and it’s losing some of it’s ceramic coating, just from the process of me sliding it into storage with other sheet pans. It definitely is non-stick and I am grateful to have bakeware that’s safe around my parrots, but this pan could definitely use improvement.

I bought this muffin pan a few months ago but today was the first time I used it to bake Pumpkin Choc Chip muffins. They came out amazing! I truly believe that the quality of the bakeware makes a difference. I hand washed it shortly after last batch and it washed up well. Definitely recommend regardless of which color bottom you select.

This is truly non stick! The egg bites and muffins I make slide out so easily. And the color matched my kitchen colors perfectly!! It also cleans seamlessly also. It is the standard muffin size that you would want—comparable to the aluminum muffin pan I had before. Everything cooks evenly and I think better than the pan I had previously! Even my paleo muffins (pictured) didn’t stick which always stuck with my other pan.

Unless there are only meticulous adults and no kids in your home, and you have plenty of cupboard space to devote to each piece of bake ware having its own safe space, I would not waste your money. On first use, my daughter grazed the edge of the cup with a metal scoop she was using to put dough in the tin. Like barely touched it, and the coating scratched off. We washed extremely gingerly and tucked into a cabinet with a towel surrounding it. I bought 3 other pieces of bake ware in this set, but you cannot stack anything. So I have them all wrapped in towels and sitting separately. In a house with kids and lots of baking, that won't last. I also bought baking sheets and again, after one use, the green paint on the back of the sheet is all scuffed up. I can't imagine what a wreck all of these will be after a month of use, let alone a year! For the record, the muffins did slip right out and clean up was easy.
