Well packaged, promptly delivered, lovely design, excellent value. A little disconcerting to not be able to pick engraving font etc... till after purchase but the system obviously works. It was bought as a present for a secret santa and the recipient was thrilled with it - pity I couldn't take credit for it!

I thought the writing would be a bit darker. Wouldn't recommend. You can hardly see what's on the glass. Quite dissappointed as I struggle financially and this was a gift for my mum for Christmas. But I'm having to buy something else now because it's nothing like I expected.
