Very good quality.. Refrigerator works again.. Was easy to replace..This was actually our second time in 3 years that we replaced the timer. I have 2 extras on hand..

My replacement refrigerator defrost timer Ultra Durable (215846602), I received looks exactly as the picture on Amazon. Great price too! Easy to install, and you can see the 120V motor turning and the gears rotating. Also, as all have is a knob to turn manually with screwdriver to check inside rotation and check for cycle operation. Then my Montgomery Wards refrigerator not proper cooling problem freezer only getting down to refrigerator temp, ice maker not turning on, inside air not circulating to bottom refrigerator compartment, warm. I then unplugged and manually let ice on evaporator melt. Water catch pan under refrigerator I emptied 4-5 times. It was full of water. I left it unplugged and defrost for 23 hours. I was surprised. Now everything is running perfect again.

So far it works. Easy to install, fits like originally part.

This BlueStars 215846602 defrost timer replacement works as expected and got my fridge defrosting properly again. Installation was straightforward, and everything has been running normally since.

I had an issue with a cold freezer and a warm fridge. The defrost cycle wasn't working and an ice dam had created a blockage in the area that allows the cold are from the freezer to move to the fridge. I changed out this timer and as well as the thermostat in the freezer, cleared the ice blockage and now it works fine. The time is in the fridge, on what amounts to the top above the top shelf and what might be considered the bottom of the freezer section. A couple of screws and the plastic piece with this attached drops down . Another couple screws and unplug the wiring and then put it back together. With a flat screw driver, I rotated the plastic screw in the bottom middle until the fridge came and then reassembled. This is supposed to trigger the defrost cycle three times a day. I suspect the issue was the thermostat but this was good insurance. Has worked as new for a couple of weeks now.

Easy to install. I had this done in 15minutes. I ordered this as a replacement after my other timer failed from 2020 install. This part corrected my Freezer Coils frosting up so bad my cool food compartment was blocked off by frost.

The defrost on my Frigidaire was stuck on the defrost mode and the milk spoiled before I knew there was anything wrong with our fridge. Replaced the original 10 hours on with a 1/2 hour defrost timer with this 8 hours on with a 1/2 hour defrost timer. Works like a new fridge again! Great product!

Worked just fine. Was in the fridge for almost 2 years before landlord replaced the fridge. Can't give it 5 stars only because I don't know how long beyond 2 years it would continue to last.

My fridge compressor was not turning on because the old defrost timer was stuck in defrost. It was an easy fix with this part.
