I received the dumbbell set in just a few days by Amazon. I use the dumbells each morning and nights. They are easy to change the dumbell ends to increase or decrease the weight. The instrument booklet is easy to understand. For the price it's a good buy. This dumbbell set will last my lifetime. My only regret is that I should have brought it sooner.

I recently underwent a reverse shoulder replacement and am currently working on rebuilding my muscle strength. One of the key features I value in weights is the ability to easily add or remove them, as well as the option to use heavier weights in my opposite shoulder. Having used neoprene-covered weights in the past, I’ll need some time to adjust to the plastic feel of these weights. However, they take up much less space in my closet compared to two sets of 2-3-4 and 5 lb weights. Additionally, I appreciate the idea of being able to add and remove ½ lb increments to fine-tune my shoulder recovery with small, manageable adjustments. Eager to test these features, I removed one of the ½ pound weights but encountered difficulties in reattaching it. The provided instructions were not particularly helpful. While I could tell when the connections on each weight aligned, I struggled to secure them by turning them to lock them together. After extensive trial and error and some profanity, I discovered a piece of information that was absent from the instructions. If you encounter a similar issue, here’s a solution: the shiny steel ball must be pushed down by the weight before it can rotate. Try applying more pressure than you anticipate while turning. Occasionally, placing the dumbbell on a table and pressing straight down with your palm can provide sufficient force. It’s a straightforward process. Easy-Peasy

This arrived very nicely packaged. So well in fact, that when I put them away each day I'm going to keep them in the box and padding that was provided. It has been far too long since I have done any type of physical activity and these are a perfect starting place for me. The weights are easily removed so that I can start with a 2-pound weight and add the weights back on as my energy and strength return. Grip size is just right for my hands and I love the color!

I wanted dumbbells that were adjustable because I don’t have enough room for multiple sets with different weights. This serves my needs. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes it takes a little effort to line up each weight while attaching to the handle. Otherwise they are great.
