I am so excited to be the first person to review H2Tab on Amazon! Here is why I’m writing this, because in the six weeks that my family has been using this product we have all seen an amazing difference in our energy, in our mental clarity, in our daily activity levels, even in our moods and interactions. My family has spent thousands of dollars on supplements over the last 3 to 4 decades so we are not new to this world. What is new is that 98% of those supplements did not create a difference in how we felt. We would take them because we were told or read or heard that they would make a difference in our health in this or that area, but mostly we never felt a difference and didn’t know whether or not it was “working”, whatever it was. I am so pleased to share that this was not the case with H2Tab. A few examples: I went through a week of not getting enough sleep, most nights I needed several more hours of sleep, but at work I had energy and I could think clearly. My parents, in their late 70s and early 80s, have more energy and less brain fog and they aren’t talking about how tired and exhausted they are. We all have more energy and mental clarity and somehow we seem to all have a better mood. Also, my dad’s ankle and foot were very swollen for a few weeks due to a swollen knee and lack of moving around. Within a few hours of drinking his first H2Tab, from across the room you could tell that his foot and ankle had reduced in size.I started taking this initially and after having noticeably more energy and mental clarity I have shared it with several friends and family members, giving them some tablets to get them started so that they can feel the difference for themselves. The feedback that I keep getting from them is within 30 minutes they have noticeably more energy and mental clarity. I keep saying the same thing about energy and mental clarity because we all keep having the same experience. My brother bought a hydrogen water bottle Gary Brecka used to recommend (before this product was available) and while he felt some difference, it did not compare to the difference he felt when he began taking H2Tab. We plan to start giving this as birthday gifts because of the benefit we feel from taking H2Tab. Thank you for making this product! PS- none of us are athletes, we just want to feel and function better.
