Very helpful
I was hesitant to purchase this item due to lack of reviews and pictures. I’ve been wanting to try a mat like this for a while and I’m glad I took the chance. The mat serves its purpose well and is great for pressure points. I appreciate that you can walk across it. It isn’t the thickest backing so it moves around a lot, regardless, I’d purchase again

This is a excellent massage Mat. Is very good for my Neuropathy, Restless Leg Syndrome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great for relieving stress ate home!!
I keep it in the kitchen, so I can have a foot massage when I'm cooking or doing the dishes. The first moments the sensation a little intense but after a few days you can fell the relaxation, the warmth and even a better circulation. I love that I can change the stones and that is long enough to move around. It's a good choice for tired feets relief.
