A Guide to London's Classic Cafes and Fish and Chip Shops

I lived in London 1970-1988 and local cafe's were just that no real multi's back then....Fascinating little book full of nice photos and facts............Sadly on checking current status it seems there are only a few of these places left, maybe it was high rents that closed them, although some are still there offering a different cuisine usually foreign.....Sad times.

Some of these fish & chips shops in North London I use and fully agree with the write ups. The trouble is I feel I must now go further afield and try some of the others
