Long awkward review. Upon first ordering it arrived apparently very early in the morning in a giant solid black box in front of my wife open white house surrounded by snow situated close to the road, not surprised it wasn’t on my porch any longer when I got home from work as we have had a package theft problem in our area lately. I reported it to amazon the next day hoping that maybe I just got the delivery notification early and it hadn’t come yet as often happens with USPS but it never came and amazon wasted no time offering a refund or a replacement the conversation lasted less than 2 minutes and they kept apologizing like it was there fault. I received the replacement 2 days later (stayed home so it wouldn’t disappear) and put it together, the control base that screws onto the seat had a broken handle and seemed to have been dropped and damaged once together the seat was leaning forward making you feel as tho you were about to slide off of it, and it kept making loud cracking and popping noises with every move, I took it apart as far as could be and reassembled it after checking everything out and realized it wasn’t not something I could easily repair myself. I again wrote to amazon and they responded not even 5 minutes later that they would replace it again but wanted the replacement returned (that is quite difficult, if you have never taken an office chair apart let me inform you that the hydraulic post that makes your seat go up and down isn’t made to be removed but you can get it off with a hammer if it won’t be getting used again so go to town on it lol) I did all this Friday morning and had already boxed the chair up and dropped it at ups. I got a delivery date for the replacement for Monday but received the chair on Saturday (glad I was home anyway or it probably would have disappeared again) but I’m excited I got it so quickly I’ve waited a week and a half to sit in this dang chair at this point lol. The chair itself is amazingly comfortable it’s made to hug you body and hold you in a proper sitting postion (I have abnormally good posture thanks to nanna and a fork in the elbows for slouching lol so I don’t use the pillow or lumbar support) it’s firm but soft, I have seen some complaints of the wobbly arms after short periods of time of use but I don’t think those folks noticed that they wobble right after the first installation of the chair it’s the design and funtion of the arms that will make them always wobble a slight bit. It doesn’t cause any issues with the use of the chair but the arms are articulating so they can move into comfortable positions for your arms as you move the seat back up or down. The comfort and function of this chair is amazing especially for the price compared to the much higher priced chairs that look the same because they are the exact same. And I can tell you obviously the company these chairs come from and amazon are equally amazing at customer service related to this item. I have no worries that if anything does go wrong with normal functions of this chair from just normal use that they will have any issue with replacement, I will be ordering from them again very soon as I am putting together a game room and I have chosen these chairs as the seating for the room.

I purchased this chair for my wife (the gamer) as a surprise & I’m not a gamer so had no real knowledge of what is best but I scored some serious wife points with this one! It was super simple to put together, beautiful design & what my wife really loves about it is the extra cushiony seat which is also large enough area for her to sit with her legs crossed! (Shes 5’4” 138lb) the reclining feature was BA (Beyond Awesome). Mobility of wheels was spectacular & smooth. She loves to use the extra foot rest extension to stretch her legs when her legs start to go numb from hours of gaming. You can seriously sleep in this thing. Cost wise it was bout mid range from what I researched & well worth the cost. My wife loves it & dominates in Fortnite now, coincidence? probably not.

This is a very comfortable chair, the optional lumbar and headrest are nice.PROS- Easy installation, tools provided and packaging made sure everything was ready to go- Cushioned arm rest. So many chairs have hard plastic arm rests or overly padded armrest that break down easily. These are comfortable and padded just right for arm mobility. Allows me to use this as a work chair as well as gaming.- Was worried about foot rest getting in the way of normal sitting, but you don't even notice it when you are not using it- Excellent adjust ability- Wheels are very smooth in rollingCONS- The controls for adjusting the back angle is really far down and cannot be reached without leaning over to find the lever.NEUTRAL- Would like to have the leg rest move out a bit further. i am 6' 2". The leg rests work well but an extra inch or two would be ideal- There is a bit of flex in the leg rests, not a deal breaker but something to understand- I did not pay attention to the fact that the arm rests are tied to the seat and cannot be raised or lowered by themselves. They do articulate when you lean the chair back which is excellent but cannot be moved up or down.- The seat is a bit wider than I expected. I am 6' 2" and 230 lbs, not too big, not small and these are pretty wide seats. The plus is that the arm rests do not restrict leg movement if I need to MAN SPREAD when I am sitting :-)

Just got the chair today , so putting it together was a breeze , super easy to do, unlike some of the other reviewers I don’t feel like the material is that cheap specially for the price although the leg rest is just as flimsy as others stated so beware of that luckily I don’t see myself using it that often any ways , I did not some plastic was broken on the bottom but honestly isn’t visible and won’t hurt operation so it’s easy to not care about. It seems really sturdy , not super comfy but you can tell once you break it in it’ll be wonderful . I am genuinely happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He says the chair reduces his back tightness he used to experience after gaming. The instructions and assembly were straight forward but when attaching the back to the seat you might want to recruit a second set of hands to help hold the back in place. I ordered the black and white one because the chair is in our living room. I think it looks nice and does add an extra seat for when we have company. I have sat in the chair and think the lumbar support is excellent. I am actually considering purchasing another one to use in my crafting area. We have already ordered a black and red one for our 7 year old’s room. I am very impressed with the quality for the price.

Está muy cómodo! Me gusta el diseño y la almohada lumbar es un gran valor agregado. Me preocupa la resistencia de los descansabrazos. Tengo poco tiempo usándolo y parece que ya se están venciendo hacia los lados. También me preocupa la resistencia del mecanismo para reclinar el respaldo. Si resiste al menos 1 año, el costo-beneficio apenas sería el esperado.
