What an incredible experience. This grounding mat is one of a kind. It was so comfortable and helped me to increase the quality of my sleep. The pain in my back had gone and it helped with my digestion too. I would highly recommend this ground mat to others.

Bought a year ago, I was very skeptical about this but my husband says works, he stands on it as he works at his computer. He used to get swollen legs and now he doesn't and says it's due to the mat.

I was skeptical at first, but this grounding mat has really impressed me. The quality feels great and after checking it with a multimeter I was confident it actually worked. I don’t feel anything when using it, but I have definitely been sleeping better and feel more relaxed. Really glad I gave it a try !

A waste of money it doesn't work it don't even come on nothing happens when you switch it on

Years ago, I bought myself a grounding sheet for my bed as I'd read up about the health benefits of grounding and was sold on the idea. I used that sheet for a few years, but I can't ever say I noticed any major improvements. Anyway, when this grounding mat became available, I refreshed my memory on the health benefits and decided to give it another go. This one is a vegan leather mat that can be used in a number of ways, such as to put your feet on whilst sitting/standing, used as a mouse mat so your arms are in contact with it, or even used in bed to sleep on. I decided to use mine at the bottom of the bed, so when I sleep, my feet are resting on it. The wire is really long, which makes it easier to put in most places regardless of where your sockets are situated.The mat feels of good quality, and although it's quite cool to touch in bed, it feels comfortable, and I forget I'm even on it. So, have I noticed any difference? Honestly, I'm not sure. My sleep is about the same as it always has been, and I haven't noticed an increase in energy. The only thing I will say is my neck pain may have improved. Could this be down to the grounding mat? Maybe. It does have a tendency to come and go, but whether coincidentally or not, I haven't had it anywhere near as bad as I usually get it since using the mat. I guess time will tell with this one as it does claim to reduce inflammation, and it is usually upon waking that I have it the worst.Overall, I am really happy I got this mat and hope that continuous use will confirm if it is really helping.

My partner loves this product. He feels refreshed as gets out of bed so much easier after having slept on the grounding mat.
