The second bag was not as tightly sealed as the first and I noticed the flavor was not as bold. I personally use the pour over method, and the grind on this is medium/fine. it's perfect for what you're describing. **Q: will this work in a kcup?** A: I know that there are some reusable K-cup filters that one can load with ground coffee. This would work with those. **Q: What is the PH?** A: The pH of our Papua New Guinea Medium Dark Roast is 5.55. Please keep in mind that our coffee beans are untreated, meaning that they achieve this pH level neaturally. The taste is great in a french press and the grind also works well in a Keurig reusable cup. This coffee was reccomend but my Fuctional Health Doctor as a mold free alternative to take while getting my gut right.
