Meshtastic T Deck Case with GPS Space, SMA Compatibility (Olive Green)

I really like this case, it's very rugged and the fit and finish is amazing for the price.

Bought this because of the massive battery space. My T deck fit perfectly in this case. The one complaint I have is the case back attachment. It has never come off but it fits loose. I plan to add another screw to make a tighter fit.

The case fits the T-Deck perfectly. I have noticed no issue so far and it is durable, my T-Deck survived falling down the stairs without an issue.

A 3-way disaster of not fitting. 1) The T-Deck itself can't fit without scraping the sides to the point my screen nearly came off when removing the T-Deck after realizing it wouldn't fit. 2) That also means that despite the cute attempt at putting a GPS section on top of the case, there's no actual room to attach the GPS to the board! 3) And like others have said, I bought a 8000Mah battery like the product description claims as being compatible with this case, but the case is so poorly sized and designed, the massive gap would've left the contents sloshing around anyway. You can stack the T-Deck + Battery side-by-side with the case and see how much absurd room is left in there. Just a lazy 3d-printed cash grab. Notice how other cases in this space often have the listing include a video of how to fully assemble, and this one doesn't? I see now that's not a coincidence. Shameful.

Great case, would be even better with a clip and lashing point for lanyard as there isn't really a way to secure it. Being there's no way to secure it I dropped it a few times but it survived

Fits T-Deck kit like a glove. Used a 8,000 mAh battery and it comes together quite nicely. You could put a thin piece of foam in the back of the case if you wanted to use a smaller battery. There is also a spot on the side of the case to mount the speaker, which works great.

It’s a snug fit. It’s a high quality 3D print. I only wish it was not printed in PLA since the black case I ordered was super warped when it arrived. ASA filament would be nice. Have to get a replacement for the black one I ordered, but the green one that delivered was perfect. Edit: received the replacement black case, and it’s also warped… It fit the 8000mah battery and the mini GPS module mentioned in one of the pictures. I soldered it to the I2C pins on the back. Both fit perfectly as described. I couldn’t find the exact brand of battery used in the images, but I found one from a brand called MakerHawk that was the same thing. The one challenge is the battery doesn’t come with the right JST connector. I had to cut it off and replace it with the one that came with the T-Deck For all you beginners out there take note of this before you attempt to attach a new connector to a battery: 1- The T-Deck needs a JST 1.25 connector. (My T-Decks already came with one in the box.) Most batteries come with JST 2.0 connectors. You can buy these on Amazon. 2- The polarity on all JST connectors can be different. Sometimes the black wire is on the left side, sometimes the red wire is on the left side. When you put the T-Deck face down on a table with the battery connector facing towards you, the left pin is +, and the right pin is -. Make sure you don’t mix that up regardless of what color wires your JST connector or battery has. 3- When you cut off the original battery connector only cut one wire at a time. If you cut them both at the same time you’ll short it and destroy it. Best practice is to cut one wire, strip it and solder it to the new connector and cover it with heat shrink tubing or electrical tape. Then repeat for the other wire.

The product is good but the listing is bad. It is depicted with a nice antenna, a battery, and a stand;the listing should make clear those items are NOT included. Also, I purchased a 8000 wh battery recommended by Amazon as "often bought together. It looks like the 8000wh battery in this listing's picture. But it is too large for the case and can't be installed.
